Training Objectives

Ensuring our workforce is accorded a safe and healthy workplace is the aim of the Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH), Malaysia. It is the duty of the employer to ensure the safety and health at the workplace and as an OSH-Coordinator you help your organisation achieve that. 

Legal Requirement

Occupational Safety & Health Act, OSHA 1994, Section 29A requires any employer with five or more employees to appoint an OSH coordinator for the purpose of coordinating occupational safety and health issues at the place of work.
