This 2-day programme is for companies that want their own people equipped to teach MHE operator training and evaluate competence in-house, rather than bringing in an external provider for every intake. It’s delivered on-site at your facility, the same as every other course in MESH’s MHE suite.
Where operator courses build competence on one piece of equipment, Train-The-Trainer builds the capability to teach and assess that competence in others. It covers instructional skill alongside the safety content itself — OSHA 1994, behaviour-based safety (BBS), and safe lift-truck operating practice — so participants can run a credible operator course and fairly evaluate who’s ready to be certified.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Training combines theory lecture, practical training, case study and Q&A, with both theory and practical assessment.
Participants are assessed through classroom instruction, presentation skills & ability and hands-on practical skills to evaluate others at your facility. On successful completion, MESH issues a certificate of attendance and a Trained MHE TTT card, valid for 2 years.
MESH’s team delivers the full 2 days on-site, so your future in-house trainers learn and are assessed in the environment and on the equipment they’ll be training others on. The course is HRD Corp claimable.
